Ethics and Values

We are sustained by repeat business from our existing clients, and our growth is based on the referrals of satisfied clients. In order to continue to thrive, we must make sure our existing clients remain satisfied and that our reputation and approach are worthy of referrals to others.

Ethics

The engineering and environmental consulting field is one that typically involves providing advice and situational analysis to those making real estate and financial decisions, dealing with litigation, or needing to deliver a project on time and on budget. We are here to provide third party, independent analysis, and to provide sound judgement based on fact. You can be assured that our professionals will use discretion as appropriate, and treat your project with the confidence that it deserves.

Honesty and Integrity

Every project we undertake is grounded in a foundation of honesty and integrity. We take pride in, and accountability for, every aspect of our work and business. We value every one of our clients, partners and employees and strive to do the right thing in all situations.

Quality Control

At Premier, we are dedicated to providing our clients with exemplary services. By implementing a consistent quality control program, we are able to do just that. Our employees are highly skilled and have extensive experience in their respective fields. As a result, we are able to collectively provide our clients with the best service, often exceeding initial expectations.

Trust and Respect

The way that people treat one other ultimately defines the way they do business, and we’re no different. We know that trust and respect begin at the core of our team and these values subsequently extend to all client/vendor/supplier relationships.

Safety and Security

Premier has an outstanding safety record, which can be attributed to our project management skills and highly trained staff. All staff are trained in First Aid, and all have completed training within their specific disciplines, whether this is Asbestos Awareness Training, Confined Space Training, Working at Heights, WHMIS, or Transportation of Dangerous Goods. The majority of our staff members also have security clearance for working on provincial or federal buildings, or in buildings within the vulnerable sector.

Fieldwork always begins with the creation of a job-specific Health and Safety Plan and thorough review of utility records, building layout and other impediments.
