Community
In the spring of 2015, Premier was given the opportunity to help Habitat for Humanity (HFH) Brant with a property acquisition in the Town of Simcoe, Ontario. Premier provided Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) and Phase II ESA services to HFH Brant for due-diligence purposes. Construction began on this single-family home in the fall of 2015, and the family moved into the completed house Spring 2016. HFH builds several single-family homes in the Brant area every year, and this was their first build in Simcoe. We are amazed at what this non-profit organization achieves.
