Premier’s Asbestos Survey and Abatement service provides everything you need to identify and safely remove any asbestos containing materials (ACMs). We’ll provide third-party oversight and consulting services for your abatement project, which typically involves documenting regulatory compliance; collecting air samples; and providing site visit reports on a daily or periodic basis, to document progress and respond to any issues that may arise.

Our team of building surveyors are experienced with completing mould assessments in a wide variety of residential, commercial, and industrial settings. Owners, property managers, and insurance companies rely on Premier’s quick response time to identify the causes and extent of mould, and any mould-related impacts. We’re also relied on to respond to any tenant and employee concerns. A project manager with Applied Microbial Remediation Technician (AMRT) training will be assigned to oversee mould projects.
